Cannot renew a listing

I am having trouble renewing a sold out listing, is this a glitch? It is saying try later and if continues to contact support ( which i am also having trouble with !) Is anyone else struggling with this ?

I'm getting the same error message when trying to renew a listing as well.

You have to update shipping profiles because they finally added Ground Advantage. I found it impossible to do with the new listing form and had to switch to the old one before I could publish the changes.

Thank you. This was the reason I couldn't add a new listing or even save a draft.

thank you!  I was able to update the shipping carrier to USPS under ground advantage in the new form, and then it worked great.  I was trying to copy a listing, but that update affected 50 listings, so your clue was a huge help!

Try to copy it and then relist it.

I received the same error twice yesterday and again this morning. Frustrating!

I just switched the listing to the old format and it renewed without any problems.

It's beyond ridiculous that at this stage of the game (where June 25 will be here soon, and the Old Listing Form will be gone), some Sellers can't perform basic functions needed to list and sell. I don't know if this will work, but in regards to Renew Sold, I thought I saw some posts where it was stated to go to your Sold Orders Page (not the Listings Manager). Find the listing and Renew Sold it from there. 
*Should you Copy a listing, then Renew it, you will lose all "feelers" attached to that listing (Favs, No. of Sales, etc.).

Why the new listing form wouldn't let me renew sold items yesterday and today was because it kept changing my quantity to 0.  Had to switch to the old form where it worked perfectly.

In Etsy's Announcement Update the last bullet point was - 

• See and edit all listing states (e.g., inactive or expired listings) in the new form.

So one thinks they are doing something to the new form. But at some point in time, assuming the threads about renewed items showing as "sold out" and the only work around is for the shop to list the quantity as more than one might be related, well it makes me wonder exactly what is going on. I'll be the first to admit I'm not a techie-person so I might be missing something?

In the meantime I'm still relegated to this forum only. Something happened at the start of the holiday weekend so I wish I could offer more support or test out the reported glitches but I probably don't know what half of them are, lol.

I followed thru but nothing yet. And of course I wouldn't expect anything to happen over the weekend.

Though I admit to being very puzzled by the initial reason as to why it happened. But then again I find myself doing all those things you can procrastinate on forever like cleaning the washer filter or getting rid of the dust bunny heaven under the frig, lol. When you don't get sucked into the forums, well, there are lots of things to keep me busy inside & out of our 95+ degree summer heat.

Same here.  I cannot move sold-out listing to back active from the new listing form  I do not have the option to add USPS Ground in my shipping profiles so I do not think that is the issue.  The only way I can activate a sold-out listing is to go back to the "old' (better) listing form, and activate from there which works for now but what about after June25th?!?!

@FabioMcMustache Can you help with getting this fixed, hopefully before June 25th?

Same here. Couldn't renew or copy listings with new form last night, tried again today and no go. Messages with tech support told me this is a known problem and they are working on it. Once again I go back to the old form and everything works fine. I registered my disgust with changing the form to the tech person (or bot?) and was told this would be added to the ticket.

I was having the same issue. If it is a recently sold out listing, go to your orders and click "renew" on the listing from the orders page. This works perfectly for me every time and very fast.

Yes, it started for me over the weekend.  Very frustrating.
