Cannot remove Delivery and Additional policies from my shop page

I go into edit mode in my shop page, it wants to take me to the policies page to edit that section, but there is no way of changing that Delivery part of the additional policies part.  I have looked all over, I have edit for all the other parts, but not those, I just want to remove them, as they are no longer correct information, really want to re-open my shop, and trying to get everything matching up.  Any help thank you

Unfortunately, with etsy changes to policies you can no longer access anywhere to remove them.

When etsy did make the change, and removed all older grandfathered policies, they tend to miss shops on vacation mode/inactive with no listings.

Oh dear, that is pretty bad for me, going to have to state clearly in each listing then.
