Cannot post to instagram from the Etsy app

I used to be able to market items from the Etsy app onto my instagram and it no longer works...

I went into marketing to "share" on social media and while I can prepare the post and instagram pulls up to post, it ultimately says there's an error and cannot post.

Help?
