Cannot post photos for a listing. Is anyone else having problems
Etsy is not down. What is happening when you try?
When I try to upload it will not upload. There is only a little hand pointing to upload and nothing happens
@SouthernLadyEstates Are you trying to use the app? I can never upload pictures using the app. It times out every time, saying there was an error.
I have all my photos edited on my computer. I can upload on my phone but will have to go back and edit all my photos. This is very frustrating
No I am not using the app. I am using my computer and going straight to the the website
@SouthernLadyEstates I'm going old school here then, lol. Totally back out of Etsy and your browser, change browsers, OR clear your cache. Chrome has been giving me fits lately.
Sounds like your photos are either too large or not large enough. I have no problem with dragging photos to the listing. I use the new format.
What format are you using? What size are your photos?
