Cannot log in to ETSY HELP

Hi there,

does somebody else here had the issues with logging in the Etsy Help page? It's been several months if not a year since I last logged in to my Etsy Help page. I cannot ask questions and contact Etsy in general. I reported this issue to Etsy through my other account and they told they are working on this problem, but it's been months and nothing changes. There are really urgent issues to solve and I do not know how to reach Etsy. I have tried all logical and possible solutions. Please don't write if you know nothing about this problem.

I am not sure what you are asking.  Are you asking about Help in the shop manager?  Drop down Help and select Contact us and go from there.

Are you trying to use Chat?  I can't help there as I have never had chat in my shop.

Is it something else?   More information is needed here.

You don't list your other shop as you are supposed to do in the public profile.

Obviously, you need to log in to the Etsy Help profile. I click 'Log in' and I am automatically returning to the same page. I cannot write Etsy and I cannot contact them in any other way.

Regarding the listing of my other shop in the public profile. How shall I do this? I mention it in the About page. Is there any other way? I would be grateful for the tips.

Are you logged into your Etsy account? If you are already logged in you don't need to log in again to access the help centre. What webpage are you trying to access?

Ok, I will try to explain it better. I can log in to my shop - there are no problems with that. In my shop dashboard I choose HELP at the left column and then I choose CONTACT US. I am then redirected to the Etsy Help Centre. The Etsy Help Page shows 'LOG IN' at the upper right side and this is what is not functioning. This would be unproblematic if I could still contact Etsy, however it is not a case. Normally I never needed to even think about any log in or any other issue. From my other account I can easily log in and write a message or chat to Etsy whenever I have an issue with my orders (this did not happen often), but from this account I cannot. I currently have an issue as many of my listings keep being deactivated automatically (no break of Etsy rules, no message from Etsy). I believe it is a bot or a bug, but I cannot reach Etsy and clear this issue.
