Cannot list new items for sale. The template is there but there is no 'Preview' or 'Publish' or 'Save as draft' bubble.
11 Years and this is a new problem...Always something.
I've re-booted, cleared history and cache. Something else going on.
Did you try copying an existing or sold listing? You could convert a copy to a new listing.
I tried this because I cannot list a new item either. This didn’t work!!!!
Try lowering the zoom level.
