Cannot go to Contact Support page or chat

When I click Contact support it redirects me to the Help Center page and even I click Contact Support button at the bottom of the Help Center page it again redirects me to the Help Center page. Cannot find Etsy chat or message. I requested a call and told about that to Etsy support but they told me there is no problem in the page and suggested me to delete cookies and clear cache but that also didn't worked. What could be the issue. I have also checked in other browsers still it is same. Anyone with same issue? Could it be because of location?

@KlaatuDesigns  Can you tell us exactly what the problem is so we can guide you? I'm not sure where you are from but does any of this have to do with tariffs or shipping?

I'm not sure how you were able to request a call back if you weren't able to go through the Help Center? I thought the was the only way to get a call back? If you click this link, does it also redirect?

I found link to the call request separately on browser and it worked but whenever I am clicking Contact Support button on Etsy Hel Center Page, the page like just refreshes. Nothing happens.

Chat is on your shop manager page.

Contact us is under Help.

Are you unable to log in at all but you are here in the forums so you should be able to get to your shop from here.

Possibly it is your browser.  Are you using a standard browser such as Safari, Firefox, Chrome or Edge?  One of the others available?  Do you have security that might interfere?  Is it set high?    Using your phone?  Might be the app is buggy.  Delete and reinstall.

I am going to guess that they are overloaded with requests from forums, help center, etc.  I checked in my shop:  The little "CHAT" bubble doesn't come up;  Nothing happens with The Contact Support button for me either.  

I don't think you'll get any help today or anytime soon.

I'm able to click through the help center & access the Contact button & also the chat button. I think different sellers see different options though.

Depending on your issue, you may have better luck posting here in the forums to get help from other sellers.

Yes, I can see this email option but I cannot go to this page from the main Help Center menu

My "Chat Bubble" just came up so maybe it was just a glitch.
