Cannot download Orders and Etsy Payment Sales

I am trying to download my Orders for January 2025 and my Etsy Payment Sales for all of 2024. 

I do see a green message that says "We're generating your download and will email you a link to it when it's ready." 

Problem: I am not receiving an email with the link.

I had the same exact problem - Now resolved -

"Upon checking, it shows that there was issue with your receiving emails. I've cleared this issue from my end. "

and yes -(thank you Mark) I'm now receiving a lot more emails, including orders, and messages, as well as the requested downloads.  I wonder if you raise it with etsy, they will help too - give them my case number if it helps!

I just tried the Orders CSV.  After a couple of minutes, I got the email with the download link - in my spam folder.

I was having the same problem.  After 20 days, I finally got someone in customer service that saw that my emails were bouncing back to Etsy and not going through.  They reset my email address and everything is working great now.

Me too  I can’t download mine either I need it for taxes right away I wonder when this will be fixed ?

I had this issue as well. Got on the support chat, and was given links to download directly.

I am having the same problem !! Before it would download immediately vs emailing us a link which was way more efficient

Had the same problem. I contacted Etsy Support via chat. They said they are working on it. The gentleman I spoke with did provide me a link to download my data if you need it immediately.

New month, same issue. I requested the download on 4/1, so far I did not receive any email to download it. This of course makes me wonder if I am missing any other emails.

The agent from chat support told me it was a technical issue and sent me the file. It has been a full month again. Etsy, can you please fix this?

I'm having the exact same issue - no idea where to report it.

This is still going on for the second month. I have not received my emails and I've checked spam folders. Please set it back how it was before where we could download straight from the website without having to receive a link on email.
