Cannot create a return shipping label

Is anyone else having this problem? I'm trying to create a return shipping label and I'm just getting the Etsy spinning wheel.

This is happening to me too right now. I contacted Etsy Help and they suggested clearing my cache, etc. So far nothing I've done on my end has helped.

I'm now getting one screen further, but the "create label" button is still greyed out and the cursor turns into a circle with a slash through it when I hover over it. At least we're making progress!

I have been trying to do this ALL DAY and - yes - there has been an additional screen added that take you from the spinning circle - but as all of the folks above are noting, the CREATE the label is NOT functioning.

What's going on ETSY???  We need a solution NOW.

Add me to the list of seller who cannot create a return label. 

@ampersay  I apologize for tagging you directly, but is there any chance we can get Admin attention to this issue? There have been numerous reports about this issue, starting yesterday.

Well darn, I just noticed that this is in the Shipping section of Forums, but I won't post again in Technical Issues, which is where it belongs.

Edited to add more information: I tried both Chrome and Firefox to create a return label. The button to create the label is greyed out in both browsers. So, it's not a browser or cache issue.
