Cannot create a custom order

After creating a customer order, after editing it, the message at the bottom says "Please fix the following error in order to save your changes:
Craft type"

1) where is Craft type on the page?

2) if by Craft type you mean to say Category, I have already selected that, but I tried searching for and picking a different option but it still does not allow me to save/publish

This is broken and prevents me from creating custom orders in the Etsy system!

Are you creating a custom item in your shop? If so, Craft Type is under Attributes in the Details section. There should be a drop down where you can select up to 4 checkboxes for craft types.

You're talking about a private listing. I have this problem all the time and it's been this way ever since Etsy switched over to the new listing editor. As far as I know, there's no way to actually save edits.
