Cannot Update or Verify banking Information in etsy payments

 I have been unsuccessful for several weeks now to try to update my banking information per Notice of Plaid.  I opened my etsy shop in 2012.  The bank is JSC Federal Credit Union and deposits have been going into account regularly.  The bank has changed hands and now they are Wellby Financial.  They said that the account numbers are different from 2012. They gave me the old account number to try to update the bank info but it is not working. So I tried the existing numbers the bank gave me and it is still not working either in Plaid or Etsy Update.  I want to completing change the bank I am using and use a new bank account but I cannot do that either.  What am I to do, please please help me.

You need to contact Etsy directly. Others with similar issues were able to have them un-link their old account information. They were then able to enter their new info and get verified.

Same here, I cannot verify my account information and my account has not changed since I opened my shop on Etsy.  I have reached out to Etsy and no response.  This is pretty typical to not get a response so I'm hoping someone on the forum page can assist.  Thank you
