Cannot Sync to Square
All of a sudden, like once before, I can no longer sync to square. Etsy recommend disconnecting from Square and reconnecting. Verifying location… I did all that nothing works. I’m losing out on making in person sales.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled both Etsy and Square apps and also tried syncing on laptop. The last time this happened, they put it on Square, Square put it on Etsy. I abandoned trying to sync again for a few months without jumping through all these hoops I’m doing now and then it worked again.
Does anyone else have this issue?

Yes! I have tried to synch for the past week, it's absolutely frustrating how often this happens. I tried it on three different browsers, dumped my cache, logged out of Etsy, logged back in, disconnected Square, reconnected, tried it on my iPad, computer, and phone. Nothing works. Today was absolutely frustrating trying to get my inventory up to speed after today's market. This is the fourth time I've had this happen in two years and it's so frustrating that Etsy has no one in their tech department that you can speak to. They just have you go through the same repeated steps in the seller handbook with no recourse. Etsy puts the blame on Square, Square investigates that it's on Etsy's end. Lather, rinse, repeat. I still can't get it to work.

if it is that unreliable without tech support, is it not better to change to another payment / inventory system?
