Issue: My order 2548225967 have tracking number LX03086"0"754TH but I fill in Etsy system at LX03086"9"754TH , so star seller report show missing tracking number . I would like to revise tracking in system but system not allow

If it is too late to revise it, you can "add a package" by clicking the three dots to the right of your order on your completed orders page. Select Add a Package, and then put in the correct tracking number. I would also message the customer to let them know the first shipping statement had an incorrect tracking number.
@Argentbead: There is a limited window of time (I believe 3 days) after an order has been marked as complete that the tracking number can be edited. If you are still within that time there should be an <Edit Tracking> button in the shipping section of the actual order (at least on desktop browser).

@ZehOriginalArt: If the ship by date has already passed, I wonder if Etsy will then consider the order as having been shipped late.
Yeah, I'm not sure about that. But at least it gives the customer the correct notification which stays with the order.
Why system don't allow to revise after 3 days? Are there reason behind?
If I understand wrong that the status show in Etsy system will always show status based on real , example we submit package today but we forget to fill system,when I come to fill system tomorrow status will show delivery date as yesterday ?
@Argentbead: Only Etsy knows why three days was chosen. To answer your other question you CANNOT back date the completed / shipped date.
Add information: it's mean in reality we don't deliver late...
