I was logged out of my shop this morning when I tried to check my shop from my kindle, and got a message to reset my password...a link would be sent to my email (not in spam either). NO link has been sent. There is no working phone number, no chat available. I have an order to ship and listing offer to answer...

Where did you see the message? In messages? Was it really from Etsy?
the message came up when I tried to login on my kindle, on the Etsy website...
Did you try logging in on another device?
I tried logging in on my iPhone, kindle, and another browser on my desktop....
