Hi Everyone,
I am having trouble getting my shop to load. I can load and manipulate the store manager, but when I go to my shop front it refuses to load and I get an error HTTP 400. I have tried different browsers, reset DNS settings, and cleared cookies and cache. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
To clarify, I am specifically trying to access the URL https://www.etsy.com/shop/AquaBrightArts/edit?ref=seller-platform-mcnav.
I see the same when I try to access your shop link.
It's a blue screen with "This page isn't working right now'
@AquaBrightArts You will need to contact Etsy directly to ask for assistance. Dashboard, Community & Help, Contact Us. Forums is only other sellers, and we can't resolve this type of issue for you.
Works fine for me
"This page isn't working right now'
@AquaBrightArts: The 400 error seems to be pretty common on Etsy and usually goes away quickly. The troublemaker is probably the "edit?ref=seller-platform-mcnav." part, unneeded to access your shop and should NOT be included if you are distributing your URL to others. Sometimes a <CTRL><F5> (which forces cache to update) helps.
@BagmakerSupply I tried several ways of accessing the OP's shop, including by doing a shop search, typing the shop name in directly, and also trying to access it through the forum link, so it's not the added URL verbiage. Refreshing the page (<CTRL><F5>) also did not work. I get the 400 error no matter what. I also tried two different browsers. Chrome is the 400 error. Firefox is just a blank screen.
How strange that @NanaLetha sees it fine.
It's been this way for me for over an hour.
@ChristmasIsLove: We have to remember that Etsy pages are served from multiple servers (that do not all update at the same time) and the server that is serving the page to @NanaLetha may be different from the one that you are getting the page from.
