Cannot Edit Printful Shipping Profile

I would like to edit the shipping profile the Printful has added to my account.

Alternatively, what I am trying to do is offer free shipping only when the shipping address is in the US.  But I'm not sure what to charge for international shipping/VAT charges, etc., nor do I know what carrier Prinntful will use to ship the items (which is why I want to just edit their listing rather than creating a new one).

Even better, can I just limit where I ship to, so I don't have to worry about all the additional fees and customs, etc.?  How do I set my shop to only ship to the US?

Go to settings, then shipping settings. Then select North America

If you’re trying to change the actual shipping profile from Printful it won’t let you do that. It will keep reverting back to the original. 
You can set up your own shipping profile with the countries you want to ship to and then attach it to the listing instead of the one from Printful.

Hi all,

my issue is similar! I Can't edit my Fixed Printful Shipping Profile in Etsy R.E. where items get shipped (I want to ship UK only for now) I choose UK only and have to delete all the other countries, I save it and it works fine, then I check my listing again a few hours later and it's reverted back.

I have gone through Printful's settings also to make sure no other regions are selected. Is this something that happens a lot, am I missing some little check box somewhere, please help  

@SunnytyDE if I make a new Shipping Profile that's only been created in Etsy, does this affect the connection with Printful? Sorry I am new to POD, gotta start somewhere right?

Hey there,

I had these exact same problem and questions. It took me a little bit to figure it out after speaking with both Printful and Etsy help lines. This is what I did to do free shipping...

settings -> shipping settings -> create profile.

Shipping prices -> "I'll enter fixed prices manually" (otherwise you'll have to input a weight and size inside the listing)

Fill out the rest of the info

Even though it is a manual shipping profile created by you in Etsy, Printful will still pickup the order automatically, so the connection is still the same. This just allows you to display "free shipping" on your storefront.

@PrintStockDesign  I'm sorry I just now saw that you tagged me. Kinda late and maybe you figured it out already but no the profile you create yourself doesn't affect the connection between Etsy and Printify. Printiy will use whatever you specify in the listing.

Hi, I'm having the same struggles. When I do what you've instructed, it forces me to select a "Shipping Service" And because it's through Printful, they use different services depending on which fulfillment center is closest to the customers order. Which service do I select?

Our orders are fulfilled through Printful.  When creating  a shipping profile in Etsy, which shipping service should be chosen. There's none that match Printful's delivery time options.

Same issue here. Since the news about ranking lower because of high shipping prices I kept trying updating my shipping prices but every day Printful will overwrite them. Tried to create a new shipping profile but none of Etsy options are matching Printful delivery duration...
