There’s an order that Etsy has been processing, for days now. The customer wants the order cancelled as it’s already been deducted from her account. I don’t mind cancelling, but it’s not giving me the option to. It’s just stuck in open orders. Anything I can do?

You can’t cancel because it’s not an order. The buyer needs to contact Etsy
@SparkleAndPixelCo: Unfortunately there is nothing you can do until Etsy approves or cancels the order. If the customer says the funds have been deducted it most likely is a temporary hold and Etsy's payment processor is waiting for a final approval from the card issuer. Etsy will not discuss or share information on payment issues with a seller only the buyer.
You can't cancel a processing order. The longer it takes to process the greater the likelihood the payment will fail in any event so that will automatically cancel it.
