Hi! I issued a refund for a lost parcel. The order now shows as cancelled.
To file a claim with courier, I am not able to print the invoice/order and packing slip.
Any tips to print an order which was cancelled ?

Could you perhaps do a screen shot of the order when you open the order on your browser?
I have done that. Hope that will be accepted by the courier company for lost goods claim.
You should be able to find the order in the Completed tab under Orders, click on the 3 dots and from there print the order. Is that what you're wanting?

That gives me an "uh, oh!" page on my canceled orders when I try to print the receipt.
@TheArtfulTwig Ah, you're right! I was seeing just that the print option is there but, as you say, the "uh-oh" appears after that.
