Canceling An Order-Fees

When canceling an order, aren't you suppose to get back all of the fees, that you were charged? I only got back the credit for the processing fee, and the listing fee. I did not get a credit for the shipping fee, or the transaction fee.

If you both fully refund and cancel all fees are returned to you once the cancellation finishes processing.

When you processed the refund did you tick the box to cancel at the same time?  This refunds AND cancels, otherwise you have to go back and cancel the sale separately.  Either way, once the sale is fully refunded and cancelled all fees are refunded, this can take up to 24 hrs to complete.  If you don't refund the full amount, you can't cancel the sale and the fees for the portion you withheld will still apply.
