Canada Post Tracked Packet labels are being generated with a calculation error in the customs section. This is happening for multiple quantities only, but creating total values that are obscenely high. For example, 12 items at $5 each was calculated as $720! I have been crossing out the error and writing the correct value in manually, but I worry this will delay my packages through customs.
My question is: who do I contact to report this glitch? Are the labels generated by ETSY or Canada Post?
If Canadian sellers don't spot this error, their buyers may have to pay duties for small purchases. This could get messy.
