Canada Post Shipping Label - Failed to Purchase

I am trying to buy a Canada Post International Air shipping label and I keep getting the message "Shipping Label - Failed to Purchase". I don't know how to fix this. Does anyone have suggestions that have proven to work? Is this happening to anyone else?

Actually this is the exact message I'm getting. 

"You just purchased 0 labels

1 label failed to purchase"
