I just relisted an item yesterday, last night, for a Tulip wall basket. When I go to look at it, it says "Not available in my Region", so I can't even see the listing. I have talked to Etsy support through chat, and am told that I can not sell in France from the UK. I explained I am in the USA and can't view my own listing. Then I am told that I can not sell live "real" seeds or plants, but I explained that it is artificial and NOT real, it is a decoration. Not sure if AI picked up Tulips in my description and thought they were real, but also not sure why they think I am in France???? Can anyone help me? Thank you. Lenore

I tried all these tags to see if the tulip wreath showed up in search in your shop and it did not.
The Easter Bunny wreaths showed up for some of those tags.
I tried searching for the exact phrases you used in the tulip wreath title. NO luck.
Maybe try using another picture and see if that works.
A friend of mine had a pet item that was doing this and found out it was the photo (didn't have anything bad in it at all).
When she changed the main picture her item showed up again.
ETA I just remembered another seller posted a few weeks ago, maybe a month the same thing that their item was showing unavailable for your region and it was a Easter bunny maybe with a cross with flowers hanging towel?
She changed the picture and it showed up.
Nothing in that picture should have caused it to not show up.
What was crazy, people in the UK could see that listing NO one in the USA could (seller also in the USA).
I found that thread from a month ago:
Item unavailable in your region error - Welcome to the Etsy Community
@Designawreath That IS odd. I'm in the US (on Chrome desktop) and cannot see it either. Can you see it in your Listings in your main menu to edit it? Double check to make sure your shipping profile is correct. Sometimes if you change the profile, (edit, then publish) it overrides whatever glitch happened. You can then go in and edit it again to your original shipping profile afterward and see if it disappears again.
Thank you for looking, I can see it in my listings but when I click on it to look at it, I get that message. I can edit it when I go into my listings in my Shop Manager. I keep looking at it, but can't see anything wrong with it.
I'm not seeing it either. Using W11 on Edge on a desktop.
Comes up "This item is unavailable in your region."
I'm in NC.
If I do a search within your shop for tulip, that wreath doesn't show up.
But the 3 Easter bunny wreaths with tulips do show up when I search your shop for tulips, and I can see the listings.
What tags are you using?
I didn't see any words in the title that would prevent it from showing up, like sexy, D!ck (as in a 1st or last name).
I tried your suggestion in changing the first picture, but that did not help, so I am going to try and change some keywords and then see if it helps again. I changed the first picture 3 times, but nothing changed. Thank you for your suggestions.
Thank you for looking, these are the tags I used:

@Designawreath @I looked at your shop. It’s listed but when I click on it to view I get the old Uh oh message.
Thank you for checking, for some reason it is being flagged as being a real/live plant, instead of artificial. I have never had this problem before. I am going to try and relist it from scratch without copying an old listing and see what happens.

The tags you've quoted don't say "artificial flowers" or "faux" or "synthetic" or "silk floral" or "imitation".
Maybe the search engine thinks they are real because you don't specifically describe what they are.
I will try and change those, see if that helps. I changed the first picture several times and it didn't help. I will change some tags, otherwise, I will try and relist it again without copying another listing.
