Can't update order processing schedule

Hello! I'm trying to update my order processing schedule but clicking the checkboxes has no effect. I've tried basic troubleshooting and attempted on my phone, computer, and tablet. Has anyone else experienced this? I want to remove Saturday and Sunday but the checkbox remains clicked no matter what I do.

So when you hit the check in the sat or sun box, does it remove the check and become a blank box again?

Have you tried the usual suggested fixes like clearing cache and cookies or trying another browser?
