I got an email to update my tax info. For some reason my info was not showing up correctly. The line for my first name had my first and last name and the line where my last name goes was blank. I typed my first name in the first name box, last name in the last name box, added my SS# and tried to save but it would not save. I tried to do it one step at a time and just entered my first name and Drivers license for verification. It has been almost 2 weeks and its on verification pending. I got an email saying the info could not be verified but the website still says pending and I am suspended till it is resolved and to update my info. I sent the email explaining again and keep getting the same copied and pasted answer on how to update my info even if I keep telling them its a glitch or something. I keep reading about a email, chat or phone support but I never see a chat button and no matter what phone number you find online they are not in service or an automated message tells you to go to the website for email support. What am I suppose to do? I am new here, I made a purchase years ago and haven't been back since. Now I opened a shop and my first month has been a head ache. What do I do in this situation? How can I actually talk to someone?
