Can`t tutn off vacation mode

Etsy отправили мой магазин в принудительный отпуск, как выключить этот режим? У меня нет никакого переключателя когда я вхожу в параметры и режим отпуска. Спасибо!

Etsy put my store on vacation mode, how do I turn off this mode? I don't have any switch when I go into settings and vacation mode. Thank you!

Typically when Etsy puts a shop on vacation with that particular Shop Announcement, it's because they need some information from you such as ID.  Look for an email from Etsy.   You'll have to wait for Etsy to take your shop off vacation mode once they review your information.

You are not able to turn this off, only Etsy can do this for you. You would have received an email possible requiring additional information regarding your ID verification or other details, check your spam folder
