Can’t turn vacation mode on

I’m trying to put my shop in vacation mode but I’m getting an error message that says “there was an error loading your vacation mode settings.  If this keeps happening, contact Etsy support “

Have you contacted Etsy support? Etsy support does not frequent the forums in case you are hoping they see this.

Thanks yes I have been trying to get some help from Etsy support for weeks but am getting nowhere.

I contacted Etsy support.  Tried all their suggestion except to try it on a PC.  I don’t have a laptop.

@CLArtisticCreations: I think that when some people say "try it on a PC" what they actually mean is try it via a browser - even the browser on your mobile device.

Yes.  It’s frustrating.  I haven’t tried on a laptop yet because I don’t own one.

 If all else fails and you are running out of time you could deactivate listings then reactivate them when you are back.

Yes unfortunately this is what I had to do because I was getting the same error message when I tried to turn on vacation mode. It was tedious and difficult.

I’m now getting the same error! Ridiculous Etsy…get it together! Now I have to deactivate all my listings but the sad part is, you still allow people to purchase deactivated items! Ridiculous

Etsy get your sh1t together and fix the issue with this vacation mode.  Don’t have time to get to a computer.  Gonna be away for a few days and can’t turn on the vacation mode.  So anyone placing a order  will just have to wait til I get back.

@RevolutionFourty5: "Don’t have time to get to a computer." If you are experiencing this problem on the app, have you tried using the mobile browser on your device until Etsy fixes this?

Same thing happened to me. I will be away for a month and now I had to just deactivate my listings
