Can't set up shop as two step authentication won't work

I'm trying to set up another shop but got to part were you have a code sent to your phone but it won't send and now I'm stuck with no shop.

when you set it up,

etsy gives a list of 10 codes you can use in emergencies, if the phone doesn't work, use one of those

Where are these codes? I can't get them....

@KitchenDresser are you logged into your new account on the website? If so, go to https://www.etsy.com/uk/your/account/security

You can get the Back-up codes by clicking the Regenerate button. Save these codes for future use - probably best to print them out so they are not on your device.

If you have already logged out and cannot get back in then you will have to contact Etsy support via your other account. It's also possible you are not receiving the codes because you entered your phone number wrong when setting up your new shop.

@KitchenDresser: The backup codes are available as a download once the two factor authorization (2FA) has been set up. If I understood your question correctly, you are trying to set up 2FA for the first time and are not receiving the initial code. Is Etsy sending you a verification eMail first? Unfortunately I think that you will have to contact Etsy directly for assistance if you are sure that you have set up the other items (phone number, type of 2FA, etc) correctly.

The phone number has to be +44 then your mobile number without the leading zero

The codes came up for me on the screen, which I screen-shotted and saved as a document
