I used to sell on Etsy back in 2011. I stopped selling on this account but want to start up again. My account is currently suspended and they said I need to enroll in Etsy payments to reactivate my account. So I fill everything out-name, address, social, sole proprietor, and I used PLAID to connect to my bank account which was successful. When I try to "Save and Continue" I get a message that says "Hmmm, looks like that didn't work, try again". All of my info is correct. I don't know what I am supposed to do next. Any suggestions?
I'm going through the exact same situation. Talked to support and was told they sent it to their engineering team. Was also told that they didn't have an estimated timeframe for when this will be resolved, and that they will contact me back to let me know the next steps. Unfortunately, that was over 2 weeks ago and still no response.
I noticed other older shops are running into the same issue.
Thank you for the input. How did you actually get through to support? I can't seem to find a way to talk to anyone. I really wanted to use my old account because it has some feedback already.
@OldSchoolGoods: There have been several reports in this forum of issues when reactivating old shops.
