Can't send messages to customers

I'm trying to reply to a customer regarding her order but messages will not send.

You can't Type your reply and send?

Was just coming here to check if anyone else was having issues. 

When you click on the "Send" button, you get a very brief cursor change to "red circle with a slash line through it", aka: "no" )  and the message doesn't send. Maddeningly, it appears to be intermittent. But it's definitely happening.

When I click on send it does nothing. It just sits there and doesn't send. I finally got one to send after signing back in but it did it again on another.

Refreshing your page should make it stop (or... start again )
