Can’t see order details or cancel the order

Hi! When clicking on the order from the app it takes me to a white screen and says that “this is not a valid user ID”. I think the customer might have deleted their Etsy account ? I’m not sure, and it’s not allowing me to click on anything else and no further links appear. How can I refund / cancel the order ?

@SpaceNanaArtz: Have you tried via a browser to eliminate the possibility that it is an app error?

are you using a phone or a computer. I find that the computer app is more reliable.
