I just had a new order notification come through on my phone, however it’s not showing up on the app! Can someone help resolve this?
Refresh the app or check the desktop version.
Use a browser instead.
The same thing happened to me yesterday, but there are no orders in the Apps or Website.

This appears to be a bug. Other shops have reported the same thing - a sale notification but no new order. Possibly the payment didn't go through so maybe check for cancelled orders (will be in your completed orders list).
I think it must have had something to do with that persons card because I had another order that day and everything was fine.
I’ve just had this too. Notification on the app to say new order but no order on the app or web browser… I’m concerned that a customer won’t receive their order! Is there a fix?
There seems to be a glitch with the app notification. Personally, the last several days, the app has "notified" me of a "new" sale many hours after a sale has come through on my laptop.
Yeah I think something is going on. I woke up with one notification from “40 minutes ago” of a message I received, read and responded to yesterday. But there were no notifications of sales. Looked at the app and I received three sales during the night - but no notifications. I see the number at the bottom of the app but when I go to the orders, they’re not there. I had to close and reopen.
