Can’t see my messages on my app

Can someone tell me why can’t see my inbox of my buyers ? I can’t reach out to them and I get a message on top with a red lign”there was a problème loading these convos”

Try using a mobile browser. The etsy sellers app is awful, unreliable and often buggy not to mention it's missing essential tools sellers need like a mark as spam button and the 'from etsy' folder etc. Just use the browser.

Edit to add- your shop shows 0 sales so there are no buyers to reach out to are there? Scammers are in overdrive here right now and targeting brand new shops with no sales. Did you perhaps receive a message from someone telling you they can't check out or they need your email address or need to verify whatever? If so those are mosy likely scammers. Etsy delets scammer accounts pretty quickly sometimes so if you try to reply you can't.

You should not be 'reaching out' to buyers. You have one listing in your shop and no orders. Only reply to buyers if they contact you first - but beware...

If you are receiving messages from buyers asking for your email then it's a scam. (They don't need your email - Etsy already has it)

If you are receiving messages from (what looks like) Etsy then that could also be a scam. Look to see if the message is in the section called 'from Etsy' (view on a browser). If it's not in that folder, then it's a scammer pretending to be Etsy. Scam messages should be marked as SPAM.

Scammers target new shops because they often don't know how everything works yet so can be fooled. Don't be fooled!
