This is regarding the Etsy app, not the Etsy Seller app. As a buyer I'm frustrated, but as a seller I'm concerned.
In my app there's no way to search favorites. I can only scroll through them.
My concern here is that buyers who have saved our listings won't be able easily find them again. For example, I want to give everyone in our family a fun DIY kit for Christmas & I've saved ideas all year. But I can no longer search for them in my list - I must now scroll the entire thing. As a buyer: kinda a bummer. As a seller: lost sales, wasted ad dollars.
I deleted the app and reinstalled, and the problem was solved for one day. Now it's back. I can search my favorites as usual through the Etsy.com.
Is this an issue throughout Etsy? Is the issue visible to you?
