Can't save or pubish a copied item

I do this all the time - I suddenly am getting -- error message - Hm, we’re having trouble saving your changes. Try again, and if this keeps happening contact Etsy Support. NOT USING ETSY APP, AM USING THE NEW ITEM ENTRY SCHEMATIC --- think i figured it out -- somehow it let me add 14 tags ---- then never flagged it -- when i deleted 1 tag i saved it. why is it letting me add 14 tags!?
