Can't renew my listing anybody having the same problem?

@TheBabySports  Let me guess - you are used to doing this through your orders page?  Because you can also renew sold out listings through Listings manager.

I’ve had this issue a few times. It’s pretty annoying. I tried going to a different device. It happened on my phone so i went to my computer. One time that didn’t work so I just said screw it and just remade it and paid the .20 cents

While reading this I went to listings and renewed one with no problem.

Yes, can renew in listing but not by clicking pictures any where in my shop?

Yes, same here.  I can renew in my listings only.  I can not click a picture and renew. ?

Just received a response from etsy technical support....can only be done thru "LISTINGS" now....I tried and it works, if you go to listings and then click "manage" and you'll see a drop down box and you just select "renew"....you used to be able to do it a multitude of ways ....not anymore!!!

Have had this problem for several days. Can not renew using Chrome, but no problem with Safari

They seemed to have fix my shop renew button today. Hopefully you will have it fixed shortly!
