Can't renew any expired items

I've been trying to manually renew expired items and every time I hit the renew button the page freezes.  I normally use the old listing page but, although I can click on the 3 dots in the new page I only have two options (renew or delete).  When I go to the bottom of the page to renew, the page freezes and the only way to get back to Etsy is by closing Etsy down and then re-opening it again.

I've cleared cache and cookies, but it's made no difference at all.  I'm on my laptop by the way (Chrome).  Anyone have any ideas?  TIA

Today I'm having the same problem.  Try renew by doing the old listing editor and it works fine.

Etsy says the old way will retire in June.  I hope the new listing is stable by then...

Take something that works perfectly fine and replace it with something that doesn't.
