A few years ago I had explore for about a week. I made two video and then the button disappeared. I still have the Halloween video on the top of my shop and no matter how many times I’ve talked to tech support, I can’t remove it. Has anyone else had this problem? It’s so embarrassing to have an out of date video topping my shop. Do people even have explore access any more?
