I was chatting with Etsy customer support earlier about an issue concerning setting up my Etsy shop. I got the info I needed and we ended the chat. However, the next day the problem persisted and I tried to contact support again, but this time, chat option is nowhere to be seen and when I email support, I only get an automated response. I tried replying to their email, but they just send the same automatic response back... Is there any way to contact a live human, or have I lost my shop forever?
Keep replying to the email and say 'I still need help'
Chat is only available at certain times of the day and week.
for me, chat is only available mon-fri east coast working hours, not sure if it's the same for everyone.
reply to each e-mail, saying it is still not fixed, and it will so up the chain
