Can't publish my listing

I create a new listing today completing ALL  section, but each time I click on “publish” I’m told to add photos and shipping profile. I go back to my listing and the photos already selected as well à the chosen shipping profile have vanished. I start over and same thing happens over and over again ( I’m creating the listing from my computer).  Any idea of what can be done?

Thank you for answering, unfortunately there’s no way to contact Etsy support…if there is one I really wish a knew how to do it.. are you in UK or EU, I know chat support is available there…
