Can't publish draft listings!

I am trying to publish new listings, they do no publish! What is the issue? My customers are waiting for the shop update. Anybody has the same issue?

I’m having the same problem! All of my photos are not showing, and I’m unable to edit! Thanks for posting.  I thought it was just me!

Have you tried switching to the old listing form, if you are using the new one?

earlier I couldn't publish a draft listing, and it finally kicked in but somehow I've been charged twice for renewing the same item?

Same, they finally went active after 20 minutes

Same problem here. NOT going active after 20 mins. DID take my Listing Fee though! And got pop-up that listing had moved to Active Listings. But after refreshing Active Listings for a long time, went back to Drafts and refreshed and all Listings that were "moved" were again listed as being in Drafts. Grrrrrr!!!

same. mine also went active after 25 minutes. My shop update was late, and my customers were waiting!

I am having trouble publishing when in the New Form mode and I keep getting a "Bad Request" blank page. This occurs with both Google Chrome and Safari browsers

Do not try to relist them!  You will get charged each time you try.  I renewed an expired listing and tried again when it didn't show up.  I sent details to Etsy help via chat and was told I "renewed-expired" and "renewed- listing" - as if it was an active listing I renewed on the second try.  The listing NEVER left the expired section so I did not renew it when it was active.  They seem to be balking about refunding the second .20 fee - I know it's only .20 but it's the principle of the thing.  Plus how many .20 are they going to get from this??  It's their error, they shouldn't profit from it!

@Shelleyville I know it's only 20cents (well 26 cents + 4 cents HSTax because I'm Canadian) but I was annoyed and requested a phone call, (no email connection which I prefer) and waited while I got a refund.

Take a screen shot & circle the details & try to send support an email with all the details. The glitchiness is on them!

I miss my old listing routine!!

But, this is what I've found for work around with this new app.

The old version on my desk top works sometimes, which is more than the new version. 

My photo size was holding activating new listings. I had to go into my camera (Phone) settings and make sure it was on 3:4, Samsung. Before doing the resize, I was getting the spinning wheel with an error code minutes later. Sorry unable to upload ....

I have not listed very many new items on etsy, which breaks my heart! I love etsy, but don't have the patience for tech errors wasting my time.

Trying also to publish draft listing but etsy says im missing core details...I've reread every entry I made ,& see nothing amiss. WhaT are CORE details?

When I switched to the old form it was the year that it was made that was missing.

Saving a listing as draft.  Editing and publishing have lead me to 2 published listings .  One pre edit and one correct.  Why this glitch?  Do I get a double charge?  I feel sure I would be charged for 2.  If I didn't notice and delete, someone could purchase something that doesn't exist.  The glitches and mistakes Etsy cause notoriously go without correction.  Think Star Seller.  

Another really maddening issue is the thumbnail photo REFUSING to adjust.  I can check my listings and find photos that seem to revert after adjustment.  I usually have to end up taking another photo for the thumbnail far enough away that it fits.  All of this takes precious time and I don't know about you , but 20 cents isn't worth fighting it out with Etsy support when chances are good it won't be rectified .

Yes same problem. Unable to find solution or find a way to contact Etsy to ask for the solution even thought every time I try to publish the draft it tells you to contact Etsy support.
