Come on itsy what’s wrong with you guys can you get on here and give us an answer for this. This is ridiculous for this kind of problem to continue on if you want to continue to have a sell items on your platform please respond at least get on here and give us an answer. We cannot print our receipts either on iPad generation five.
I cannot print orders. I highlight the orders I want to print..... click on the "more options".... click "print orders".... the little box comes up to print the order and the receipt for the customer.... I click on "print order"..... and it goes to the PDF file. Then I click on the PDF file ..... nothing. I tried the 3 dots as some others have suggested..... that does not work either. So.... I've been clicking on the Order Number.... which brings up the order page.... I highlight everything on that page and to a Control P to print.... then click on "print selection".... and it will print that way....but, it's not the best copy of the order. And... this way you have to print one order at a time! I hope this gets fixed soon!!
When the orders page loads to print (the image of the first page) try right clicking and clicking print and see if it goes to the printer page..that is how I always do it. Printed orders this morning with no issues.
