Can't post a new listing receive red bar with error

Hello, I'm trying to post new listings that I have in draft and I keep getting an error message at the top of the page with a different error number each time.  Is it just me?

Check the listing which is causing the error code and make sure all your core details are filled in correctly.

A common error in doing a new listing.

Check for errors and if all else fails, copy and existing listing and edit it to fit the new listing. Are you using the app?

• If you are attempting to list or update a draft listing, try saving with a quantity of one, then edit the listing and make updates if needed.
• If that doesn't work, check and make sure you don't have any browser extensions that may be interfering with the process.
• Clear your browser's cookies and cache.
• Try a different browser.
• If you are using your phone, try doing it with a desktop or laptop computer.
