Can't log in to my shops

Tonight I can't log in as usual to either shop.  I have Southern Medley Shop and Bead Medley Boutique.  When I enter my user long in it says it's blank or wrong.  No it is not.  Nothing from etsy either in my emails.

@BeadMedleyBoutique: Are you having this problem using an Etsy app (on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system)? It makes a difference as to possible causes and potential solutions, otherwise we have to guess.

I am in by sign in on computer to Bead Medley.  My Southern Medley Shop I can't sign into.  Usually I just click sign in with facebook, but that's not working.  Can't remember even which email I use with it, and the one I have written down in my notebook  does not help.https://www.etsy.com/shop/SouthernMedleyShop

Your shop is active - thats a relief at least - must be the way you are logging in

Can't remember even which email I use with it, and the one I have written down in my notebook  does not help

you have had 200+ sales in the southern medley shop.

so look for the email address that etsy is sending your sales information to.

Nothing in the email box I think goes to it.  I usuallly check to not receive notifications of emails for "most things".  Thanks

but they will always send you confirmation emails for sales and confirmations for shipping.

you cannot block those.

so if they are not in the email you think goes to your other shop... that email is not the correct one.

@BeadMedleyBoutique I don't think you can opt out of receiving sale notifications. Is there another email you might have used when you set up the shop? Each shop needs a different email address, so it will not be the same as your other shop.

@BeadMedleyBoutique  :  A suggestion for when you get this resolved - login into each store using a different browser so there are no session / cookie conflicts, and login directly and have the login name and password stored in whatever password manager you are using.

Thanks!  I thought I did.  Anyway when I get it resolved it will be recorded more than once.  I can change the email but have to know the password.  none words.

Typo..No password works as the current one in order to change to a new one.
