Same, it is massively glitchy and when it does work, no agent ever comes on. I've tried 3 computers, an iphone and 5 different browsers.
I was able to start a new chat window but I have had zero luck of getting any response over the last 48 hours.
There is also a glitch in the chat support, where the window doesn't actually open.
They've been charging buyers $1.31 for priority mail shipping and probably don't want to make good on their promised refunds so are ghosting all the sellers reaching out. Has to be intentional .
