Can't figure out how to turn this off.

I am now receiving phone notifications from the app telling me someone has something in their cart and suggesting I send them a coupon.  I know where the notification settings are for the app, but this isn't one of them.  The only thing I have turned on is to tell me if I get a sale.  Where do I turn this off?  If I can't figure it out I'm deleting the app.

My phone stopped giving me any notifications, I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and did the notifications I wanted and now it works correctly. Maybe try that?
