Seems to be a bug. I'll remove listings from my featured items but they'll keep showing back up. Also can't rearrange the order of the featured items, just defaults back to how I had it prior to this issue starting.
@BethiesBizarre: A search of this forum will show you that this has been an intermittent ongoing issue for quite some time. Usually it seems to just a matter of waiting until your changes percolate through the system and to your shop home page.
I did search for answers before posting but could not find any relevant threads. Can't help that the etsy forums are difficult to navigate, especially if you don't use them often.
@BethiesBizarre I was rearranging some listings earlier and it worked for a few and then it froze. I went back about an hour later and it was working again so I could continue.
Try removing the stars from all of your featured except 4. Arrange them the way you want then add more featured in the order you want them. Save. Wait. Usually takes affect in about an hour.
I'm having this exact same issue right now. I just published new greeting cards and stickers, and I want them to be featured, first. I've tried closing my browser, logging out and back in and it's still the same.
