Can't edit listings, Category won't fill

Just trying to update with new photos and when I try to save the listing the category is incomplete.  I try to fill it but nothing fills.  Ugh.  This happened last night also.  These listings were fine and in the correct category when I edited.

When you typed in the subsection, did the drop down appear with all the possibilities for placement for you to accept? 

Such as typing in giclee, did the drop down open with the suggestion of the main category and sub-categories?

Have you tried a different browser?  Used a browser instead of the app?  

I have no problem with listings editing.  I am using Edge Windows 11

Yes it gives me the choices but when I click them they do nothing.  I'm in Chrome Windows 11.

I can do a completely new listing on Ebay in a few minutes, why is Etsy such a trainwreck?

Try closing it out, go back in and add 1 photo at a time?

I'm only adding one photo.  Have tried multiple times logging out and shutting down my laptop.

Tried other browsers, everything AI suggested, cleared my cache and cookies and still can't add a photo and save the listing.  I can edit anything else and save.

Bizarre plot twist, I can edit and add photos in my other shop, just not this one.
