Anyone else running into issues with conversations? I receive a message from a customer for an order and have had nothing but issues. First I had to accept the message which was fine but after replying the convo was filed under spam automatically despite it not being spam. I moved it back into the inbox and they replied back with to me but now I can't even reply back to them to confirm details. I keep getting the error "You can't reply to this person right now"
Do they still have an account?
Yes they do, I just checked. This has me stumped for sure!
