This window pops up but I am unable to submit using the Save button, but it doesn't seem to matter what I will out in the fields.

I'm having this problem too. I use the Chat over two weeks ago to report the issue and even though they said they'd get back to me I never heard from anybody.

This is ridiculous. No response. I Tried creating a NEW Etsy shop and it does the exact same thing. I think, They broke something when offering the New Canada Post Discounted Rates system.
In the support I sent them Screen shots and the ONE reply I got (the only one) was just canned messages demonstrating that they did not even bother to look at the concern or problem as the message reply was not anything to do with the issue I am having.
I cannot open until this is done. Pursuing Amazon, Ebay, Shopify solutions currently
Same... Generic answer without even acknowledging my question...
- They ask me to send screen shots even though i've sent some in the first place!...
- I refered the link to this forum --> no response
- Not once in their response do they even mention my problem! They don't even bother responding with a bare minimum of understanding...
Only thing they did is tell me to update your browser or clear your cache.
Honestly, it's quite disrespectfull to treat people that bring revenue to their site like that.

Hello! Posting here as I've just experienced this issue.
I contacted Etsy for help through the Chat with us feature and nothing came of it.
I was told to clear my browser history.
That didn't work of course, so I requested that the issue be escalated and they said they'd do so by posting to the community (not sure how this is helpful as this is clearly an issue with the website).
Any suggestions or fixes you've come across?
