Can’t close Shop

Hi I’ve tried multiple times to shut my shop down but it doesn’t close it and then I continue to get the monthly bills. I followed the procedures on how to shut it and it just never closes the shop.

I want it closed as soon as possible.

If you owe Etsy any money for your listings, you can't pay until June 1st. While you are waiting, either put your shop on vacation mode or delete all listings. https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/115015777088-How-to-Close-Your-Etsy-Shop?segment=selling

I have followed everything on this link but it still does not close the shop. I have no open orders because nothing has sold, hence why I’m shutting it.

You shouldn't be getting any 'monthly' bills unless you have signed up for Etsy ads or a pattern site. If you delete all your listings, put your shop in vacation mode, stop all your ads, cancel your pattern... you shouldn't have any monthly bills. You will only have what you owe and the balance will stay the same until you pay it. Once June arrives, pay your bill and then close your account.

Follow my advice in my link above. Delete your listings. Wait until June 1st. Then pay your bill and close your shop.

Get rid of all your current listings deactivate them so are probably auto renewing, so you are still getting a bill. Do not just put it on vacation as they still will auto renew, get rid of all the listings first, then go on vacation until the first then delete your shop after you pay your June bill.

Hi; just checked in to the shop, and it's still up and running.  If you still want to close, just go to "Listings", click on the little gear to open a drop-down, and click 'Delete' for that item and then repeat the same for each item on the page.

@MargiesArtCreations , If you want to close your shop then delete all your listings, pay any money owed and then you should be able to close your shop.
